Who are we?

We are Alpi Commerce Ltd. with registered office and address of management: 8 San Stefano Str., Assenovgrad, Bulgaria, entered in the register of companies of Bulgaria with UIC: 115306725, e-mail for contact regarding personal data protection: office@alpi.bg. As a personal data administrator we store and process your personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Depending on the purposes for which we collect and process your data, they can be:

- your identity data (i.e. your name and surname, contact details - telephone, e-mail, address).

When we require you to fill in your personal data in order to provide access to a certain function or service, we will mark certain fields as mandatory because this is the data we need in order to provide you with the service. Please note that if you choose not to provide us with this information, you may not be able to take advantage of the relevant services or features on our site.

Depending on the services, products and features you want to use, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. To administer your registration as a user / participant - we process your data to identify you as a user / participant in a campaign and provide you with access to our services;

2. For further development, implementation and realization of the conditions of the Campaign that we organize - this purpose includes processing of your data for contacting you regarding the award in case you are a winning participant in the Campaign; to manage requests and information; for reporting purposes;

3. For marketing purposes - we will process your data for information about products and offers for promotional activities.

What is the legal basis for processing your data and for how long do we keep your data?

We will process your data on the basis of your consent for processing when filling out the contact form on the site as a user / participant. We will process your data within the following deadlines - for the purposes of identifying the winning participants - 5 (five) years from January 1 of the year following the year of the promotional Campaign and 30 (thirty) days after the end of the Campaign for personal data of participants who participated but did not win the Campaign.

Notwithstanding the fact that we will process your data for the period absolutely necessary to achieve the respective goal, we will subsequently keep the data properly stored and protected for the period during which liability may arise for their processing in accordance with applicable law. After the expiration of the statute of limitations for each case of possible liability, we will delete your personal data.

Will we share your data with third parties?

We will not provide your personal data to third parties unless:

 • we have your explicit consent;

• there is a requirement for provision of information by legitimate control bodies or officials, who according to the current legislation, have the right to request and collect such information and the trader is obliged to provide this information by law;

• the information is provided to third parties - our partners and / or providers of logistics services, transport, delivery, technological services, etc. in connection with the performance of the service under the contract concluded between us and you.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

We are committed to keeping your data confidential and to ensuring that you exercise your rights regarding the processing and protection of your data. You can exercise your rights by sending an email to the following address: office@alpi.bg in particular, you have the following rights:

•to request us to access the data we have about you. At any time you have the right to request from us information about your personal data that we store.

• request that we correct the data we already have. You have the right to request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete. Please also note that if you actively provide us with personal data, you guarantee that it is correct and accurate and you agree to notify us of any changes to your data. On a general basis, the user is personally responsible for reporting incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information in the registration forms, as well as the responsibility to provide only his personal data and not data to third parties.

• request us to delete your personal data (the "right to be forgotten") if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or if we no longer have a legal basis to process it.

• object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate interest. In this case, we will not continue to process your personal data unless this is necessary to protect your legitimate interest and rights or to sue.

• request that we suspend or limit the processing of your personal data, which means that in certain cases you may request that we temporarily suspend the processing of your data.

• request that we provide you with your personal data stored and processed by us in a structured, widely used, machine-readable format for transfer to you or another data controller.

If you have given us consent to the processing of your data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to the above address.

In more complex cases or during the receipt of numerous requests, this period may be extended by another two months, of which we will inform you.
